Ok I'm not cocky and I know it's no real surprise the gWallet has been announced... the cheese sandwich of PSA announcements about gWallet below...

$6 Billion Reasons T-Mobile Isn't Worried About Merger

The breakup fee AT&T promised T-Mobile (owned by Deutsche Telekom) is $6 billion dollars if the $39 billion merger gets rejected by US regulators. The $6 billion dollars is $3 billion dollars in cash, $2 billion dollars worth of spectrum and a roaming agreement worth $1 billion dollars. [Source]

Wow, $6 billion is 15% of the total deal's value, which shows the confidence of Randall Stephenson AT&T's CEO about getting a deal done. It makes you wonder, which way T-Mobile hopes...

Al Franken (Senator from Minnesota aka Stuart Smalley on SNL) brought out this home dinger of a fact during the Subcommittee hearing on Protecting Mobile Privacy featuring testimony from the eggheads at Apple and Google. Franken had recently addressed directly to Steve Jobs a letter with a list of questions about Apple's privacy policy. Worth noting, in 2006 there were 3x less mobile phones and Google Latitude...
